This luxury rental villa boasts five distinct, separate bedrooms with built-in fixtures, ceiling fans, large closets and en-suite bathrooms. Large veranda and a private infinity pool offer relaxation. Here, no one has to know you are here, unless you want them to.

Rates:
- Daily: $450/night for up to 4 people (3-night minimum)

Policies, Fees and Deposit Requirements
Check In and Check out
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m. (earlier check-in can be arranged if not occupied the night before)
- Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Cleaning Fees and Deposits:
- A Cleaning Fee of $150.00 (partially refundable depending upon the condition of the Villa after departure) must be paid at the time of booking. Smoking is allowed outside only. Entire deposit will be forfeited if any damage or odor is caused from smoking indoors, no exceptions.
- A $500 refundable Damage/Security deposit is due at the time of booking. Please note: the guest responsible for the reservation is responsible for any damage or loss to property. Should the damage exceed $250 you will be charged the excess.
- 45 day written notice of cancellation from arrival date is required for full refund minus $75 surcharge. No refunds for partial stays. If you cancel within less than 45 days, we will gladly refund your deposit only if the Villa can be rented. Should it be a partial booking, or a different rate, you will be reimbursed for the amount we can recover minus the surcharge.
Deposit Schedule:
- Time of booking - An initial deposit of one night’s stay is due in order to reserve these accommodations.
- 45 days prior to arrival - Your vacation rental payment in full, plus a security deposit of $500.00 and cleaning fee of $150, is due, no later than 45 days prior to arrival (unless by a prior agreement). All vacation reservations not paid in full by that date will be considered cancelled and we reserve the right to accept a replacement reservation.

Deposit Refund:
Security deposits will be refunded after a thorough inspection has been made after your departure. Upon your arrival please make a complete inspection of the accommodations and report anything that is broken or not in working order to the number provided to you. It is not always possible to inspect and have your accommodations cleaned on the day of your departure.
